The Guarantee: If you are unhappy with the service my team and I are providing you, I ask that you first discuss it with me because I would like the opportunity to improve. Simply tell me the problem, give me seven days to attempt to fix it. If you are still unhappy, simply ask for an unconditional release in writing faxed to my office, and you will have your release in writing within 24 hours from receipt of your request.
